WARNING
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

Open barbecue lid or hood.

  • Page 6 Unscrew the Locknuts (C18x2pcs) from both ends of the Axle (C12) and remove the Axle Washers (C17x2pcs). Slide the axle through the corresponding holes in the left legs. Place axle washers on each end of the axle. Slide the Wheels (C13) over each end of the axle. Secure the wheels into place with the locknuts.
  • Page 7 Attach one Leg Top Support (C7) between the left legs using the 1/4-20UNCx12 Bolts (D4x3pcs). Repeat above process for the other leg top support. Install a 1/4-20UNCx22 Step Bolts (D3x2pcs) on each leg, and then attach the Side Shelf (C2) onto right legs using the 1/4-20UNCx22 Step Bolts (D3x2pcs).
  • Page 8 Press the Side Burner Knob (C15) onto side burner valve stem. Attach the Side Burner Shelf (C1) onto left legs using the 1/4-20UNCx22 Bolts (D6x8pcs). Insert M6x95 Bolts (D1x8pcs) through the trolley legs, the Spacers (D2x8pcs), and keep the tip of the bolts inside the spacers.
  • Page 9 Front Front view view √ × Attach Drip Tray Left Bracket (B10) to barbecue body using M5x15 Bolts (D7x2pcs), Washers (D8x2pcs) and M5 Nuts (D9x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for Drip Tray Right Bracket (B11). NOTE: Ensure that the big tabs of the brakets which stop the drip tray are located at the front of the barbecue.
  • Page 10 Remove the plastic wrap from the Lava Rock (B3x2pcs) and then place a uniform layer into Lava Rock Basket (B4x2pcs). Lay the lava rock carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the cooking grills (B1x2pcs) into place. NOTE: Ensure that the lava rock lies directly underneath the grills.
