Left and Right Line Buttons – Are used for
initial alignment and to centre the beam in
the pipe for second day setups.

Alignmaster Button, Piper 200 only – Starts

Sleep or Standby Button – Causes the Piper
to switch to stand-by mode with only the dis-

play showing the sleeping Piper icon. The

Piper will stay in stand-by mode for up to 72
hours, after which it will shut off completely.

Strobe Button – Causes the Piper beam to
strobe or flash very rapidly and thereby creat-
ing a brighter beam for viewing of the target.

Pivot Light Button – Cause the pivot point
light to turn on for better visibility when set-
ting up the Piper in the manhole.

Sending LED – Flashes to indicate that the
remote control is sending a signal to the
Piper.
