    1.1 P REFACE Dear Customer We thank you for preferring DEPURECO and congratulate you for choosing a DEPURECO M70 OIL series vacuum cleaner. We have prepared this manual to enable you to fully appreciate the quality of this machine. We recommend that you read it in its entirety before you approach its use for the first time.

    1.6 I NTENDED USES These vacuum cleaners are constructed and designed in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive) for professional industrial use only; however, for purposes other than normal domestic use. This model of vacuum cleaner is designed, constructed and protected for the exclusive professional industrial use of vacuuming dry and/or wet, non-flammable and non-harmful dust and chips.

    1.8 N OISE LEVEL Phonometric tests carried out on this specific vacuum cleaner model show a sound pressure level of M70 OIL 70 dB(A) Caution. For sound pressure levels above 85 dB(A), workers exposed to must be protected by appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as approved individual hearing protectors.

    1.10 W ARRANTY DEPURECO guarantees this vacuum cleaner model for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, indicated on the fiscal document when the product is delivered. The warranty shall be void if the vacuum cleaner has been repaired by unauthorized third parties or if equipment, accessories or components not supplied or authorized by DEPURECO or for which the serial number is found to have been removed (during the warranty period) are used.

    2.2 S AFETY PRESCRIPTIONS Caution! The directions below play an important role in completely preserving you from all the hazards you may incur when operating the vacuum cleaner. However, they cannot be divorced from the skill and common sense of the operator as an overall framework for careful accident prevention.

    Clean them using a cloth, soap and water. Do not use solvents, naphtha or gasoline. Replace damaged nameplates by requesting them from DEPURECO. If a nameplate is on a part that is being replaced, make sure that a new nameplate is applied to the new piece a new nameplate is attached.

    3 HANDLING, UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION SECTION 3.1 H ANDLING Caution. Instructions for proper transport and unpacking of the vacuum cleaner are given also on the packaging. The following instructions also indicate the steps to be taken if the vacuum cleaner needs to be repacked or unpacked for later transport.

    4 OPERATION SECTION 4.1 C OMMAND DESCRIPTION Caution! Only authorized personnel who have read these operating and maintenance instructions are allowed to use the vacuum cleaner. The user of the equipment and the maintenance technician who carry out permissible work on the vacuum cleaner must receive appropriate education, information and training, as required by current labor safety laws, and use for the various operations, the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety footwear, gloves, goggles, mask, etc.
