-@Disconnect the ac power adaptor from the ac outlet when the
set will not to be used for an extended period of time.
@ Allow adequate air circulation to prevent internal heat build-up.
Do not place the set on surfaces (rugs, blankets, etc.) or near
materials (curtains, draperies) that may
block the ventilation
holes.

@Do
not install the set in a location near heat sources such as
radiators or airducts, or in a place subject to direct sunlight,
excessive dust, moisture, rain or shock.
@Keeping the tape heads in a clean
condition
is essential
to
the proper operation of the recorder.

@ The RECORD button cannot be depressed in the following cases.
Never depress the button forcibly.
1. No cassette in the cassette holder.
2. The cassette installed has the tabs removed. (Refer to page 8.) ©

the set is not used for a long period
of time or is
operated

remove
the batteries to avoid set
damage from battery leakage.
