Build and flash the firmware

The LE-LR application can be built within ModusToolbox™ or the ModusShell cmd line. The binary is generated
in the build folder. The firmware can be loaded into the Eval kits using KitProg3 or using an external SWD with
Cypress Programmer. Refer to the
