speed.
When youareexperienced a ndcomfortable with the actionof the machine, y oumaywishto allowyourarmsto swing
freelyin a naturalwalkingmotion.Thisworkoutwill activateyourcoremuscles. I t shouldonlybedonebythosecom-
fortablewith notholdingonto the Handlebars.
Power Up/ Idle _ede
TheConsole will enterPower U pmodewheninitially pluggedintoa power s ource and anybuttonis pushed.

beltswill onlymove after a 3 second, audiblebeep countdown.
Note:TheConsole w ill startin the G.O.Ooach
TM
Workout mode.
Shut Off (Sleep Mode)
If the Console doesnotreceive anyinputfor five minutes, i t will automatically shutoff.
Note:TheConsole d oesnot have an On/Offswitch.
Pushthe START buttonto start (wakeup)the Console.
