Rather than adjusting the volume level of the
amplifier, you can temporarily make the
sound lower by decreasing the output of the
CD player.
Press - LEVEL.
Decrease the output level in 2 dB intervals
from 0 dB (normal sound level) to -12 dB.
After about two seconds, the original display
appears again.
To Increase the output after It has
been decreased:

Press LEVEL +.
During CD edit recording (see pages 30 to
40), in order to maintain a constant record¬
ing level, the output level cannot be ad¬
justed.
For your reference:
• If the unit is turned off and then turned on
again, the output level returns to 0 dB (nor¬
mal sound level).
•When the output level is decreased, the
headphone volume decreases as well.

En lugar de ajustar el nlvel de volumen del
amplificador, usted podra reducir el sonido
temporalmente disminuyendo la sallda del
reproductor de discos compactos.
Pulse - LEVEL.
Disminuya el nivel de sallda en pasos de

Despues de dos segundos aproximada-

Durante la grabacidn con edicldn de discos
compactos (consults las piginas 30 a 40),
para mantener un nivel de grabacidn con¬
stants, el nivel de sallda no podr£ ajustarse.
Para su referenda:
•SI se desconecta la alimentacidn y luego
vuelve a conectarse, el nivel de salida
volvera a 0 dB (nivel de sonido normal).
•Cuando se disminuya el nivel de salida, el
volumen de los auriculares disminuirS
