Remove the fill key. Insert the CIK turning it one-quarter turn
clockwise to become CIK 1. If desired, convert the fill key
into a CIK.

Only CIK I can become a Master CIK. A Master CIK is required to add other
C/Ks. If the user does not choose to make a Master C/K now. the Crypto Fill
