How to empty ultrasonic
tank without power
If the machine has developed a
fault that does not allow it to be
turned on, but there is water left in
the ultrasonic cleaning tank inside
the machine, then removing the
water will be necessary before de-
bugging or shipping the machine.
To remove the water from inside
the cleaning tank, first detach the
power cable from the machine and
place the Degritter on a waterproof
surface. Remove the filter cap and
the filter housing from the machine.
Face the machine and start very
slowly tilting it to the right, by raising
the left side of the Degritter. Even-
tually the water will start flowing
through the filtration port out from
the machine.
It is also beneficial to remove the
right side panel from the machine
as some of the water may flow over
the ultrasonic cleaning tank and
exit through there.
Clicking sound during
washing
This is normal. During the washing
cycles, the machine monitors the
water level and will make small ad-
justments when necessary. In order
to adjust the water level, a valve is
opened and this makes the clicking
sound.
