damaged. Indication for that it is the emergence of a sparkling crown. In this case, disconnect and wait
for the diamond cutting disc to cool, leave it to spin some time idling at maximum speed. Significantly
reduced cutting speed and the appearance of sparkling crown are indications of "blunt diamond cutting
disc. You can "imprisoned" by short-cutting abrasive material, for example silicate brick.
18. Maintain and service.
18.1. Maintenance and cleaning.
Before carrying out any activities grinders unplug the plug from the feed network.
To work quality and safe, keep grinding and vent clean.
In extremely severe working conditions in cutting of metal on the inner surfaces of the body may
be delayed powder in which current flows. This can disrupt the protective insulation of the grinding
machine. In such cases, it is recommended to use a fixed aspiration system, the frequent blowing of
the vent and the inclusion of electric grinders in safety switch Fi (safety shut-off switch with Residual
protection), and current leakage, which is triggered when Fi should be no more of 30 mA.
Make periodic breaks at work.
Keep and refer to the accessories carefully.
18.2. Replacing the carbon brushes. Worn-out (shorter than 5 mm), or broken carbon brushes of the
engine should be replaced. Always replace both the two brushes. Work on replacement of carbon
brushes entrusted only to qualified specialists with original spare parts in service of RAIDER.
18.3. The repair of your power tool is best carried out only by qualified specialists in service RAIDER,
which used only original spare parts. Thus ensuring their safe operation.
19. Environmental protection.
In view of environmental protection electrical appliances, additional accessories and packing must be
subject to appropriate processing for reuse of the compound materials.
According the European Guideline 2012/19/EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its
implementation into national right, power tools that are no longer usable must be collected separately
and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
