Provide that no water gets on the display or
touch buttons.
Be careful, avoid getting liquid on the electric
connectors during cleaning or filling the thermo-
pot with water and pouring the water out.
Do not carry the thermopot holding it by the lid
opening button.
Be careful when pouring out hot water.
Be careful, the heating element surface remains
hot for some time after the use!
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the thermopot, the power cord and the power
plug of the unit into water or other liquids.
Unplug the unit, if you are not using it or before
cleaning.
Do not wash the thermopot in a dishwashing
machine.
Before taking the unit away for long storage or
before cleaning, unplug it, pour out water and
let the unit cool down and dry.
For child safety reasons do not leave polyethyl-
ene bags used as packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
Close supervision is necessary when children
or disabled persons are near the operating
unit.
This unit is not intended for usage by children.
Place the unit out of reach of children during
operation and cooling down.
Do not allow children to touch the unit body or
the power cord during operation.
The unit is not intended to be used by peo-
ple with physical, sensory or mental disabilities
(including children) or by persons lacking expe-
rience or knowledge if they are not under the
supervision of a person who is responsible for
their safety or if they are not instructed by this
person on the usage of the unit.
Do not leave children unattended to avoid them
using the unit as a toy.
Check the integrity of the power cord, the power
plug and the thermopot body periodically.
Never use the unit if the power cord or the power
cord plug is damaged, if the unit works improp-
erly or after it was dropped.
If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance
service or similar qualified personnel to avoid
danger.
Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disas-
semble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is
detected or after it was dropped, unplug the unit
and apply to any authorized service center from
the contact address list given in the warranty
certificate and on the website www.vitek.ru.
Transport the unit in the original package only.
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY. COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN
PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After the unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours at
room temperature before switching on.
There may be water spots in the thermopot, this is
normal, as the unit has undergone factory quality
control.
Unpack the thermopot; remove any advertis-
ing stickers that can prevent the unit operation.
Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case
of damages.
Make sure that the unit operating voltage corre-
sponds to the voltage of your mains.
Place the thermopot on a dry flat surface keep-
ing at least 20 cm gap between the thermopot
body and the wall or furniture and at least 50 cm
gap above the thermopot.
Open the cover (8) by pressing the button
(6) (pic. 2) and while holding it, lift the cover
upwards (pic. 3).
Fill the thermopot with water using a suitable
bowl, do not exceed the «MAX» (3) water level
mark.
Plug the power cord plug (14) into the socket
(12) on the thermopot body and the power cord
plug (14) into a power outlet, the display on the
control panel (5) will turn on and then turn off,
the display screen will show «----» and the «
button (23) will start flashing. This means that
the thermopot is in standby mode.
Press the «
» button (23) to unlock the con-
trol panel (pic. 4). By default, the thermopot
will be set to maintain a temperature of 40 °C
(the display (15) will show 40). The display
(18) will show the current temperature of the
water you have poured into the thermopot. If
the water temperature is less than 40 °C, the
thermopot will automatically switch to heating
mode and the «
