Problem
the squeegee does not dry
the detergent solution does not come down evenly on the brushes.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
rubber squeegee blades worn
squeegee clogged
a foreign object has become wedged in the squeegee.
vacuum hose clogged
squeegee poorly adjusted

vacuum motor burned out
vacuum motor brushes worn.
squeegee not lowered at start-up. faulty actuator
vacuum motor fi lter clogged.
water supply hoses on the brushes clogged.
clogged solution fi lter
water supply hoses on the brushes clogged.
the solution opening valve does not open

closing electromagnet blocked or hose crushed.
no water in the tank.
brushes badly worn

Attention!
Never use fuses of a higher value, you risk causing damage to the system. If the fuses blow repeatedly, this me-
ans the machine has a defect: CONTACT AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.

Solution
replace the blades
clean the squeegee
remove the foreign object
clean the hose
adjust the tilt angle (see "SQUEEGEE")
close tightly
replace the motor
replace the brushes.
replace the actuator
clean the fi lter (see "VACUUM MOTORS").
clean the clogged hose
clean the fi lter
clean the clogged hose
check the valve
clean the fi lter
replace the electromagnet or restore or replace the hose
fi ll the water tank.
replace brushes
adjust pressure
turn the key clockwise
check the charge and charge them, if necessary
check the fuse and replace it, if necessary
wait for about a minute and then repeat the start-up procedure.
harge the batteries
see "ALARMS" table
restore the contact.
immediately switch off the vacuum motors using button 3 (see
"COMPONENTS"). empty the recovery tank, restart the machine.
unblock and clean the fl oat from impurities. to do this, re-
move the right vacuum motor to make the fl oat accessible.
Check electric brake operation
fully close the valve and replace the tube
