    To Open the Battery Door Unlock the battery door by sliding the battery door notch away from the opening. Use a fingernail or other pointy object when sliding the latch to get a better grip. The battery door will flip up automatically when the latch is fully opened.

    2.6 Slow Motion Recording Videos recorded in slow motion are recorded at a much higher frames per second and when played back, the videos show movement at a much slower rate.     2.8 Time Lapse This feature allows you to capture long sequences of events in a much shorter time period. To enter Time Lapse mode, power the camera on and press the MODE button to access the mode selection screen and use the UP or DOWN buttons to select Lapse and press the OK button to enter that mode.
