To format the memory card on the Minolta MND25:

1. In any Photo or Video mode, press the MENU button.
2. Press the LEFT or RIGHT buttons until the wrench icon is highlighted.
3. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to select and press the MODE/OK button to enter the menu.
4. Press the LEFT or RIGHT buttons to find the Format option.
5. Press the MODE/OK button to confirm your selection (Yes or No).

Note: Formatting will erase all data on the memory card and cannot be undone.
