1. NEVER stand on chair or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
2. KEEP HANDS CLEAR of moving parts when adjusting movable parts on chair or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
3. DO NOT use chair for transporting user in or with ANY type of vehicle of trailer. Chairs have not been tested
or approved for use by an occupant in any type of vehicle or trailer.
4. NEVER leave an infant or child unattended on chair or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
5. DO NOT allow children to play on or with chair or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
6. Periodically, recheck tightness of all nuts, bolts, and screws.
7. USE ONLY CHAMPION AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
8. NEVER EXCEED the recommended weight capacity of:
505 – 506 – 507: 300 lbs. (136 kg)
4300 – 4308 – 4350 – 4358 – 4400 – 4408 – 4450 – 4458: 250 lbs. (113.4 kg)
9. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS for future reference and training.
TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL
The product should be transported in factory packaging, inside an appropriate medium for the
destination, i.e., air/sea cargo containers.
The product should be stored in an environment that will inhibit rust/mold formation.
Champion Manufacturing, Inc recommends not leaving the product in the factory packing in excess of
three (3) months.
The product should always be handled in a manner consistent with the user instructions and in a
manner to prevent contamination after each use.
The product has many recyclable components and to the extent practical, all effort should be used to
recycle responsibly. Otherwise the product components shall be disposed of in accordance with local
statutes.
NOTE: No tools are required for installation.
