Problems when booting the device

Problem
After changing the hard disk,
"None" is indicated for the
relevant SATA port.
Computer does not boot or
"Boot device not found" is
displayed.
The startup of a Windows
operating system located on a
GPT data storage medium is
aborted with the following
error message:
"Status: 0xc0000225 Info: The
boot selection failed because a
required device is inaccessible"

Cause
USB ports are deactivated in the
firmware (BIOS)
Operating system does not support
XHCI
USB-2.0/3.0 device connected
although USB-2.0/3.0 is deactivated
Operating system does not support
the USB interfaces
EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) has
been activated. The "chkdsk"
command is not supported if the
EWF has been activated.
Cause
System is booted without
functioning drive.
The boot medium is not approved
The boot device is not in first place
of the boot priority in the BIOS
setup
The settings in the boot loader file
"BCD" are incorrect or damaged.
Remedy
Use a different USB port or activate the port.
Activate the firmware setting "PS/2 Emulation" in the
firmware (BIOS) under "Advanced > USB
Configuration".
Activate the USB.
Activate the firmware setting "Legacy USB
Support" in the firmware (BIOS) under "Advanced
> USB Configuration".
For other devices, you need the USB device
drivers for the required operating system.
Deactivate the EWF or use an alternative method to
"chkdsk".
Remedy
Reboot the system with a functioning hard disk.
Set the boot priority to "Enabled" in the firmware
(BIOS) under "Boot > Boot device".
Change the boot priority in the firmware (BIOS)
under "Boot > Boot device".
Restore the Windows® operating system.
