1. Schritt: Bindemittelschicht erstellen:
Größe LxBxH: 3,7 m * 3,2 m * 0,2 m (20 cm unter
GOK)
0/16er Bruchschotter mit 5% (Gewichtsprozent)
Zement (CEM I 42,5N) vermischen
Homogene Durchmischung sicherstellen (z.B.
Mischtrommel, Siebschaufel usw.)
Lagenweise einbringen (ca. 11 – 12 cm) und mit
schwerem Gerät (bspw. Rüttelplatte) verdichten
Im Bereich des Aufsatzstücks ebenfalls
verdichten
2. Schritt: Asphaltschicht erstellen:
Größe: 3,7 m * 3,2 m * 0,2 m (bis GOK)
0/16er oder 0/32er Tragschichtasphalt
Lagenweise einbringen (ca. 11 – 12 cm) und mit
schwerem Gerät (bspw. Rüttelplatte) verdichten

Mix 0/16 crushed stone with 5% (percentage
weight) cement (CEM I 42.5N)

ved (e.g. rotary barrel mixer, screening bucket of
excavator, etc.)
Lay in layers (approx. 11 – 12 cm) and compact
with heavy equipment (e.g. plate vibrator)
Also compact in the area of the upper section
2nd step: Lay asphalt layer:
Size: 3.7 m * 3.2 m * 0.2 m (up to GL)
0/16 or 0/32 base asphalt
Lay in layers (approx. 11 – 12 cm) and compact
with heavy equipment (e.g. plate vibrator)
