Shared applications

Context menu for creating a new user
group with a suitable group name.
Authorization settings for using specific ap‑
plications are made here.
` Granted: application unlocked for user
group; granted applications are dis‑
played in the application menu.
` Locked: application locked for user
group and not listed in the application
menu.
` The list contains all applications which
are assigned to user accounts of the
administrators group. This means that
administrators can select from all default
applications and the applications of
other administrators when setting shared
applications.
