Chapter 2. Installing the tape enclosure

This chapter provides information about unpacking the enclosure and accessory

cartons, setting up the enclosure, installing a drive, and installing the enclosure in a

rack.

The following illustrations show the items that come with the IBM 1 U Rack Mount

Tape Enclosure and accessory kit.

2. The enclosure option kit and accessory option kit must be ordered separately.
