Follow these general guidelines whenever you relocate a populated rack cabinet within a room or building: v Reduce the weight of the rack cabinet by removing equipment starting at the top of the rack cabinet.

Install the disk unit. a. With the handle (A) in the unlocked position, support the bottom of the disk unit as you align it with the guide rails in the expansion unit. Note: Do not hold the disk unit solely by the handle. b. - Page 17 1. Remove the ESM. a. Disconnect the SAS cable or cables from the ESM and mark their locations. b. On the left side of the ESM, press the orange release tab (A) to the right as you rotate the handle (B) upward.
