How to mount and move the auto switch
① Attach the auto switch mounting bracket to the cylinder tie rod so that the bottom surface of the auto switch
mounting bracket contacts the cylinder tube.
② Fix the auto switch mounting bracket to the detection position using the set screws (M4 x 2).
(Use hexagon wrench)
③ Insert the auto switch to the auto switch mounting groove of the bracket to set the bracket to the approximate
position for the switch.
④ After checking the detecting position, tighten the mounting screw (M2.5) to secure the auto switch.
⑤ The detection position can be changed under the conditions in step ③.
Note 1) To protect the auto switch, mount the auto switch with the switch body mounted entirely in the auto
switch mounting groove for more than 15mm.
Note 2) The tightening torque of the M4 screw must be 1 to 1.2Nm.
Note 3) For the tightening of the mounting screws (M2.5), use a precision screwdriver with a handle diameter of
approximately 5 to 6 mm. The tightening torque should be approximately 0.05 to 0.15Nm.
