Problem
Fireplace does not turn on
Heater does not turn on
Flame Screen is blank

Cause
No incoming power
The batteries in the remote
control are dead or installed
incorrectly
Timer Control is turned off or in
Program Mode
Set Temperature is too low
Improper circuit current rating
SD Card
Solution
Ensure unit is receiving power
Check socket switch is on
Ensure mains switch is on
Replace remote control battery
Check the status of the Timer
Control. Ensure it is On and in
Manual Mode.
Increase the heater temperature.
Switch the unit to standby, and
switch it back on. The ame
picture should resume after
approximately 7 seconds.
Ensure the SD Card is inserted
correctly.
