5.2.6 SPRAY TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
Low point temperature - High point temperature - Adjustment Thermostats
The electronic adjustment thermostat adjusts spray temperature by means of information relayed from a PT100 probe immersed
in the oil delivery manifold. (The correct conditions for fuel spray are shown in the temperature/viscosity graph below).
A - maximum and minimum limit of the light oil range
B - highly fluid heavy oil range
C - fluid heavy oil range
Important:
Viscosity is an essential factor that conditions nozzle delivery (see nozzle chart).
The correct preheating temperature should be selected and the oil type known by reading the viscosity chart.
Although the temperature set on the thermostat should correspond to the temperature of the fluid, it is good practice to check that
the thermometer shows the correct reading once the unit has been in operation for a few minutes.
The LED will illuminate to indicate that the heating resistances are working properly.
2544500
Temperature (°C)
D - semi-fluid heavy oil range
E - recommended viscosity limits at nozzle
F - efficient limit value of heavy oil pumpability
