SMC MAX 700 Front Differential gear box and gear motor maintenance note:
1. Diff. Gear Motor check & Gear tooth align check at 2WD mode.
a. Motor negative pole must be connect to earth.
b. Please check the function of the diff. gear motor (26650-MAX-00) if works nor Check the 2WD gear
align position if correct for the dot with line by following
While motor rotate test, must connect
earth in advance.
1. Check display on the meter and motor by switching RH. Handle switch by
2WD-4WD-Diff. Lock if show correctly and motor rotate function.
2. Then switch back to 2WD mode. If display at speedometer still blinking,
change the motor assy. (26650-MAX-00)
Switch RH handle switch to 2WD mode. Check the
Diff. Lock motor gear tooth if align with the line
