System resources

A.5.1

Currently allocated system resources

All system resources (hardware addresses, memory configuration, allocation of interrupts,
DMA channels) are assigned dynamically by the Windows® operating system, depending on
the hardware configuration, drivers and connected external devices. You can view the
current configuration of system resources or possible conflicts with Windows® as follows:
1. Press the "Windows key" and "R" simultaneously.
The "Run" dialog box opens.
2. Enter "msinfo32" in the "Open" field.
3. Confirm your entry with "OK".

Overview of the internal module registers

The following addresses are used for the internal registers:
I/O address (hex)
280 h
Base address + offset 0
Base address + offset 2
Base address + offset 5
Base address + offset 6
Base address + offset 7
The following tables describe the system resources for the factory state of the device.
A.5.2.2

Output register user LED L1/L2/L3 (read/write)

The "PC ON/WD" LED indicates the progress of the device startup by pulsing yellow/green.
Once the boot process is completed, the "PC ON/WD" LED lights up continuously green. The
"PC ON/WD" LED cannot be influenced.
The status of the user LEDs L1/L2/L3 can be read and written as follows.
Note: Always use read-modify-write operations so that reserved bits are not overwritten. This
can lead to impairment of the functionality of the device.
