2.1.1 Touchscreen Software Operation

The RC4080 Touchscreen interface will have five unique mode screens. These include MENU,
MANUAL, LOCATE, STOW and a simulated front panel. The first four will map to modes described in the
front panel operation, the simulated front panel will be displayed anytime the RC4080 is outside of MENU,
MANUAL, LOCATE, and STOW modes.

2.1.1.1 MENU Mode

When booting the RC4080, the first mode would be MENU mode as shown below.
From this screen the user can swipe right of left to enter MANUAL mode. If configured for the DVB
option, the left and right arrows will allow the user to scroll through the list of three preset satellites. When
using the OpenAMIP version, no scrollable satellites will be available and the RC4080 will use the
information from the connected modem to determine the appropriate satellite.
Pressing the LOCATE button, will begin an acquisition operation to the satellite currently listed on the
display or the satellite provided by the modem.
Pressing the STOW button will begin a movement of the antenna to the predefined stow position.
