8.8 Editing Control properties
1. From
Main Menu select the following:

to display the Screens menu.
3. Select the Screen to edit.

to display the Pop up menu, if necessary.

to edit the button caption. Giving a button a new caption allows the user to see exactly what the button does.

to change the button function. Choose one of the following options:

to allow the button to call a scene. If the chosen scene is being used in a Sequence or Cycle then pressing this
button will cause the Sequence or Cycle to execute. To learn about Sequences and Cycles (see section 9.)

to allow the button to fade up the channels in a particular Group, Channel or Scene Block.

to allow the button to fade down the channels in a particular Group, Channel or Scene Block.

to allow the button to link to a Screen.

to choose other functions for this button. To learn more about the devices that these functions control, contact
your TouchPanel supplier.

to set button to Not Used. The button will be displayed but have no function.

to set a fade time. This is the time taken to fade the lights to the selected scene. Only applies to scene recall
functions in Digidim modes.
The exact Fade Time depends on the type of load to which it is sent. For Imagine loads the Fade Time is exact, but
for DALI and DIGIDIM loads it is rounded down to one of the following Fade Times: 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.4, 2.0, 2.8, 4.0,
5.6, 8.0, 11, 16, 23, 32, 45, 64, and 90 seconds.
