● Activating/deactivating the wake-up alarm
and rain alert function
The activated wake-up alarm function is indicated by the alarm clock icons 37 , the acti­
vated rain alert by the rain alert icon 31 (see Fig. C).
Press the ALERT button 12 to toggle between the alarm display modes ALARM1 (wake-
up alarm 1), ALARM2 (wake-up alarm 2) and RAIN ALERT.
In the respective selected mode, press the MODE | 12H / 24H button 16 to activate or
deactivate the alarm.
● Snoozing/switching off the alarm function
The alarm of the alarm function sounds at the set time. Its volume
increases gradually and stops after two minutes if there is no interaction
as described below.
Briefly press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button 10 to activate the snooze function.
The snooze icon 40 (see Fig. C) starts to flash and the alarm sounds again
in 5 minutes.
Press any button on the back of the radio-controlled weather station.
The alarm function stops and the snooze icon 40 goes off on the display.
● Reset (RESET)
Use a thin object if necessary.
Press the RESET button 9 .
A beep sounds once.
The settings of the radio-controlled weather station are reset and the reception of the DCF radio
signal starts again.
● Maintenance and cleaning
Only use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the weather station.
Twist the collecting funnel 18 counter-clockwise and take it off the base 19 .
Remove any coarse dirt and rinse the collecting funnel 18 under running water.
