Solution
Ensure the power switch is turned on. Slide the ON/OFF switch (located on the
back on the Radio) to the ON position.
The Radio may require charging.
Follow the steps mentioned in the instructions for charging the Radio on page
9. If the charging indicator light (located on the back of the Radio) is illuminated
red, then the Radio is not fully charged. When the Radio is fully charged, the
charging indicator light will illuminate green.
The FM station's signal may be too weak. Relocate the Radio to an area with
better reception and ensure to adjust the antenna to an optimal position. You
may also consider to re-scan the stations.
Relocate the Radio to a position that has better reception and/or adjust the
Radio antenna. Then, follow the instructions on page 18 to automatic scan DAB+
stations again.
Yes. Check your reception coverage in your area by visiting:
https://www.digitalradioplus.com.au/can-i-get-digital-radio and entering your
postcode. This Radio is suitable for areas with 'Good Reception'. If your address
does not have 'Good Reception', you may not be able to pick up all digital
stations with this Radio. Contact our After Sales Service at 1300 777 137 for
further advice.
Ensure that the volume has been turned up by turning the VOLUME control dial
clockwise.
Ensure that the correct audio mode has been selected by short pressing the
MODE button.
Ensure you have turned up the volume on your connected device if you are
connected via Bluetooth

Ensure that there are no headphones connected to the headphone output
(located on the back of the Radio).
The volume is too high, please turn the volume of the Radio down.
No. The unit can only broadcast FM and DAB+ stations. Some AM stations that
usually appear on the AM band may also be broadcasting via the DAB+ radio
band, depending upon your available area.
