NOTE: Please ensure you are in standby mode BEFORE you follow the instructions below. If not, the
instructions below will not be valid.
2. Once in standby mode, long press the MENU button till 'Menu <System>' displays on LCD display screen.
3. Short press the ENTER button to access the 'System' menu.
4. Short press the TUNE + or TUNE - button to cycle through the 'System' menu options.
5. Once 'Factory Reset' displays on the LCD display screen, short press the ENTER button to confirm your selection.
6. Short press the TUNE + or TUNE - button to cycle between 'No' and 'Yes'.
7. Once 'Yes' is selected, short press the ENTER button to confirm your selection.
8. 'Factory Reset...' will display on the LCD display screen which means the Radio has reset to the factory settings.
NOTE: There may be times when you need to reset your Radio back to the factory settings especially when
you have changed location e.g., moved house. If you experience reception problems, or the previously
tuned channels are no longer available, you may want to reset your Radio.
NOTE: A factory reset will erase previously stored DAB+ and FM stations from the Radio's memory. Once a
factory reset is carried out, the Radio will reboot in the DAB+ mode and will auto scan all available DAB+ stations.
System Version
The Radio is shipped by the manufacturer with the most up to date software. However, from time to time the
manufacturer may release software updates. If you want to find out if you have the most up to date software
on the Radio, contact the after sales support at 1300 777 137 and provide them with the system version
number. To access the system version number, follow steps below:
1. Enter the standby mode by following the instructions in section 'Power On-Off / Standby Mode' of the
instruction manual (page 10).
