    Iso Box-F(R) PURPOSE The fan is designed for ventilation of domestic, public and industrial premises with high requirements to the noise level and with limited space for mounting. The fan is intended for mounting into a system of round air ducts. The unit is designed to ensure continuous mechanical air exchange in houses, offices, hotels, cafés, conference halls and other utility and public spaces.

    UNIT DESIGN AND OPERATING LOGIC The device is a sound-insulated centrifugal fan. The fan casing is made of galvanized sheet steel using heat- and sound-insulation material. The round connecting spigots are rubber sealed. The fan is equipped with a two-pole AC motor with an external rotor and an impeller with backward curved blades. The motor has an integrated overheating protection with an automatic restart.

    Iso Box-F(R) MOUNTING AND SET-UP The fan is suspended to the mounting surface through the threaded rod fixed inside the expansion anchor. The fan is intended for mounting to round air ducts. The fans are installed between the air ducts. The casing is equipped with fixing brackets for easier installation of the fan.

    CONNECTION TO POWER MAINS AND CONTROL DISCONNECT THE UNIT FROM POWER MAINS PRIOR TO ANY OPERATIONS. THE FAN MUST BE CONNECTED TO POWER MAINS BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. THE RATED ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS OF THE UNIT ARE GIVEN ON THE MANUFACTURER’S LABEL. ANY INTERNAL CONNECTION MODIFICATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND RESULT IN WARRANTY LOSS.

    Iso Box-F(R) TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE DISCONNECT THE UNIT FROM POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS. Maintenance operations of the unit are required 3-4 times per year. Technical maintenance includes regular cleaning of the unit and periodic cleaning of filters. 1. Filter maintenance (3-4 times per year) – only for Iso Box-F. Dirty filters increase air resistance.

    TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Possible reasons Troubleshooting Make sure the power supply line is connected correctly, otherwise No power supply. troubleshoot a connection error.
