Replace a handset battery
1. Use a 5 mm standard screwdriver to open
the screw cover and remove the screw.
2. Insert the screwdriver in the provided slot
and then twist and lift to open the bottom
part.

Open the bottom part manually at the
recessed area to avoid scratching the plastic.

3. Use your thumb to slide along the sides of
the handset carefully to release the tabs
on the handset cover from the slots on the
sides of the handset. Then gently detach the
handset cover from the handset.
4. Unplug the battery connector from the
socket and then remove the battery from the
handset battery compartment.
5. Follow Step 2 to Step 4 in Handset battery
installation above to install a new battery.
CAUTIONS
• There may be a risk of explosion if a
wrong type of handset battery is used.
Use only the supplied rechargeable
battery (BT264392/BT266342) or
replacement battery (BT266342).
