Chapter 2. Product Introduction
2.1. Brief Introduction
This machine is used for manufacture of paper bags from raw or printed reel paper. It can complete
side gluing, tube forming, bottom forming and bags collection in one time. It is an ideal equipment
for manufacture of foodstuff bags, shopping bags and so on. The whole machine is controlled by
central computer control system and displayed by touch screen, meanwhile the length of bag tube is
controlled by servo motor. It can produce paper bags of different sizes.

Note:
a) No smoking in mounting area of the machine so as to avoid spark and release of spark
absolutely.
b) Do not pile up any articles in operating area and safety channel.
c) Stick danger or notice labels on high temperature components.

a) This machine model adopts three-phase five-line system, 380V, 50Hz.
b) Total power of this machine model is: 13.29kw (ignoring accessory equipments).

2.4.1. Package and Transportation
a) The machine is packaged and transported by this company.
b) Under normal transportation condition other parts and components are loaded into wooden
boxes except main machine.
