The horizontal position of bottom opening rattler (Figure 21-3) should be adjusted according to the
width of paper tube. To make this adjustment, loosen the horizontal locking screw (Figure 21-1) on
bottom opening rattler, adjust the rattler's position horizontally until the edge of the rattler is
fundamentally consistent with the edge of paper tube, and then fasten the locking screw.
