Insertion Depth Adjustment of Side Tucking Discs: this adjustment can be made by adjusting
those two adjusting hand wheels on the machine (Figure 13). To adjust the insertion depth of the
side tucking discs on the transmission side, you can regulate the disconnectable adjusting hand
wheel; to adjust that on the operation side, you can regulate the ordinary adjusting hand wheel.
Since in default state those two gears are connected, you can make the adjustments on both side at
the same time by turning any one of those two hand wheels. But if you draw the disconnectable
adjusting hand wheel outward to make the gears disconnected, then the adjustment on each side can
be made separately. Note that the discs will break the paper tube in case of being inserted too deep
while make paper tube formed badly in case of being inserted too shallowly.
