5.1.1. Main Structure of Unwinding Component

Unwinding component is mainly constituted by unwinding frame (Figure 2-5), air shaft (Figure 2-2),
loading device (Figure 2-3), guiding system (Figure 2-7), tension control system and electric control
system.

5.1.2.1. Function Description for Unwinding Operating Panel
Loading Arm Lifting Button: press and hold this button, the loading arm will lift the material

reel; release the button, the loading arm will stop. This button is used to load the material reel
into the working position.
2. Loading Arm Lowering Button: press and hold this button, the loading arm will lower the
material reel; release the button, the loading arm will stop. This button is used for reloading or
unloading the material reel.
