Operation of Paper Pressing Pulley: paper pressing pulley is used to make the material keep
stable tension, so that the material can be pulled tightly inward. Note that the included angle
between paper pressing pulley and the center line of the machine should be between 5~10 degrees
(Figure 14). Once the locking handles are loosened, you can adjust the position of the pulley
optionally, meanwhile you can add or reduce the balance weight on the pulley according to actual
needs.
