4. Stop Button: used to stop the machine in course of normal operation; and the caution lamp will
turn to red from green.
5. Emergency Stop Button: hit this button to make machine scram; at this moment any buttons
will be invalid. To reset the machine back to normal state, it is necessary to pull out this button,
and press Reset Button on touch screen, then the machine can be operated normally.
6. Guiding System Power Switch: used to turn on or off the power of the guiding system.
7. Guiding System Operating Panel: refer to Operation Manual of AIBO Edge Guiding System
for details of adjustment.
5.1.2.2. Calculation of Material Reel Width
The width of the material reel should be twice the bag body width (F), plus twice the bag bottom
size (B), and plus the overlapping width (M), namely (2F+2B+M).
The recommended value of the overlapping width (M) should be 20~30mm.
Note: Bag bottom size (B) is equal to the bag side width (G), namely B=G.
5.1.2.3. Loading and Unloading of Material Reel
a) When load the new material reel at the first time, please check the relative position of the reel
core on the air shaft, so as to ensure that paper bags can be produced in the middle of the
machine after loading material reel.
b) Release the air in the air shaft completely by pressing and holding the Air Releasing Button.
c) Put the air shaft through the reel core and adjust the reel core to the most suitable relative
position on the air shaft, meanwhile mark this position on the air shaft. (This mark is used for
quick positioning while reloading next time.)
d) Use the air gun to inject air into the air shaft until the convex keys on the air shaft expand
against the reel core tightly and the reel is fixed on the air shaft.
