The machine is one kind of packaging machinery which can produce paper bags from raw or printed reel paper, including side gluing, tube forming, bottom forming and bags collection in one time.

Installation a) Prepare installation foundation in advance before machine installation and adjustment. b) Install parts of machine to corresponding positions (refer to Layout Plan). c) Inspect whether the screws at the connecting positions are loose due to loading and unloading and fasten if necessary.

Main Structure of Unwinding Component Unwinding component is mainly constituted by unwinding frame (Figure 2-5), air shaft (Figure 2-2), loading device (Figure 2-3), guiding system (Figure 2-7), tension control system and electric control system.
