3.2. Main Structure Instruction of Machine
This machine is constituted by unwinding component, side sealing frame component, tube forming
component, main machine component, bag collection component and control component etc.
3.2.1. Unwinding Component
a) Separate single-station unwinding reel-stand with motor lifting device.
b) Air shaft for paper reel loading, equipped with air gun.
c) Magnetic powder brake for unwinding and automatically constant tension controller for
unwinding tension control.
d) EPC web guide control system for material alignment.
3.2.2. Side Sealing Frame Component
Glue transfer pulley for side glue application; automatically disengaged when the machine stops.
3.2.3. Tube forming Component
a) Fixed forming mould structure (side sealing is above the forming mould).
b) Adjustable multi-discs for side tucking, reducing the resistance of tube forming efficiently.
c) Equipped with 1 forming mould of customized size (the default size is 127 mm).
3.2.4. Main Machine Component
a) Material feeding is managed by servo motor; automatic photocell correction system is used for
