Programmable Menu Control
MENU CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1. DIGITAL DISPLAY --- two line display gives the
time, temperature and other control related in-
formation.
2. OVEN ON/OFF (ON/STANDBY) --- controls
power to the oven.
3. ARROW KEYS --- press to change the time and
temperature in the display. Also press to scroll
through menus during programming.

4. MENU KEYS --- programmable product keys.
Up to four different time and temperature set-
tings can be saved.
5. ENTER/RESET KEY --- press to save settings
while programming. Also press to silence the
alarm in case of a fault. The alarm will sound
every ten seconds until the fault clears.
