Hand Brake Position Sensor
If an error is detected with the switch, "HAND BRK SW ERR" is displayed in the diagnostics. As the hand brake is applied,
Brake1 should change from Off to On, and Brake2 should change from On to Off. Brake1 and Brake2 should always be in
opposite states. To reset the switch, cycle the hand brake.
