Service Levels

During the design phase of the LRF modules, the ILS principles were considered and applied to get an
optimized system concerning technical performance and Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
The LRF modules design ensures minimum maintenance activities, resulting in minimum LCC, through
use of currently available and modern technologies.
Following service levels are based on Vectronix ILS standards.
Level 1: User / Customer Maintenance -> See 7.1 Cleaning.
Level 2: Field Maintenance -> not applicable
Level 3: Depot Maintenance -> not applicable
Level 4: Factory Repair
In case of a defect, the module has to be returned to the Vectronix Customer Service Center. There,
diagnosis and repair or replacement, depending on economic reasons will be done.
