5.5.7 Machine hood
The machine must not be operated without the machine hood.
Mount hood according to the instructions and lock in place using the 4 bolts in the head parts
of the hood.
5.6

Commissioning

5.6.1 Initial Commissioning
Operate and deaerate machine without using the spray lance, without the oil burner running
and without adding chemicals for about 1 minute, at zero pressure. - Set turning knob of the
regulating thermostat right back to the stop. - Set dosing valve knob to "0".
- Set ON/OFF switch to "1".
Thereupon:
- Set ON/OFF switch to "0"
- Connect spray lance and spray gun to the high-pressure hose in a pressure sealed manner.
5.6.2 Rated value settings
Set operating temperature on the turning knob of the regulating thermostat. Set chemical
dosing on the dosing valve knob according to the table below:
Formulation concentration 1:10 (1 part chem. / 10 parts water)
Final concentration of the cleaning agent within the water jet in %
