3.2.8 No return valve
The no return valve within the housing of the flow control safety valve prevents the reverse
flow of hot water from the heating coil as well as the pressure from falling when the spray
gun is closed.
3.2.9 Flow switch
The flow switch protects water heater, high-pressure hose, and spray gun against
inadmissible heating temperatures. When the flow rate is insufficient, the flow control valve
will shut down the oil burner.
3.2.10 Safety valve
The safety valve protects the machine from excessive pressures. In our works, the safety
valve has been set to the required triggering pressure. The setting screw is fixed by a locknut
and paint-sealed.
The safety valve setting must not be modified. Replacements and repairs may be
carried out by qualified personnel only. In case of replacement, only parts authorized
by the manufacturer may be used.
3.2.11 Regulating thermostat
By operating the turning knob on the regulating thermostat, the desired operating tempera-
ture can be set.
3.2.12 Pressure switch
The machine has been equipped with two identical pressure switches, with one of them
causing a delayed shutdown of the machine when the spray gun is closed. The other pres-
sure switch restarts the machine, after the spray gun has been released and the pressure
has fallen to approx. 20 bar.
3.2.13 Oil preheater
By means of the oil preheater within the oil burner, clean combustion and ignition even in
case of low fuel oil temperatures during the cold seasons are guaranteed.
3.2.14 Fuel oil level control
The level control automatically shuts down the oil burner when the amount of fuel oil falls
below the minimum level. At the same time, a red lamp on the switch board indicates lack
of fuel oil.

Installation

4.1

Location

The machine is not restricted to any particular location. However, it must not be installed and
operated in fire and explosion hazard areas. When the machine is installed in closed rooms,
make sure the exhaust gas is properly disposed of and adequate ventilation conditions are
provided.
