Wipe Down Mode
1. Press the Wipe Down key to enter the Wipe Down
mode. See Figure 6-19
2. The following screen will allow you to move the
platen up and down. See Figure 6-20

3. Remove the rear grease shield from the grill. Clean
and install the rear grease shield. See Figure 6-21
