Alarm Alert Information

The digital control alarm will sound for two reasons.
1. Low temperature - When the measured temperature falls below the set point minus 1°F (179°F for the steam tables and
164°F for the tortilla shelves) the alarm will sound and the display will flash "Lo". When the measured temperature rises
above the low temperature alarm set point plus 1°F (181°F for the steam tables and 166°F for the tortilla shelves) the
alarm will cease.
NOTE: The alarm can be canceled for 20 minutes by pressing the alarm reset button momentarily.
NOTE: Upon start-up there is a 60 minute alarm cancelation period allowing time for the unit to reach temperature.
2. Probe error - The display will read "Prb" and the alarm will sound, the heaters will be off during a probe error. This means
the probe needs to be cleaned or tightened, there is a wire loose on the probe holder, or a probe is shorted out by a metal
object, likely the probe cover.
