Assembly Installation (By General Contractor)

Cold Food Table
1. Place hot food table into the proper location.
2. Screw cold food table feet all the way in to adjust work
height to its lowest point.
3. Place cold food table next to the hot food table.
4. Make electrical quick connect connections. Follow the
color-coding on the quick connects. Make certain that
the quick connect cables are not pinched when joining
the units together. Double check that the quick connects
are fully snapped together.
5. Level the cold food table.
6. Level the hot food table to the cold food table.
7. Fasten the cold food table to the hot food table using the
supplied fastening screws.
NOTE: Do not drill any additional holes into the cold rail.
8. Plumbing contractor to supply (1) hot water line for
steam tanks located in chase.
9. Plumbing contractor to plumb drains to floor sinks.
10. Electrical contractor to supply permanent electrical
power to the breaker panel on unit. 2" conduit is
supplied through chase.
11. When permanent electrical power and water is supplied
to the unit, the unit will be ready for the Setup/Startup.
NOTE: Equipment is supplied with a 200 amp panel;
120/208Y or 120/240Volts, 60 cycle, 3-phase, 4-wire.
