Error diagnosis
(1) temperature is under 80°C or
below -10°C;
(2) Vehicle is over-loaded;
(3) Operating in harsh environment;
(4) Electromagnetic brake is not re-
leasing normally
(1) Accelerator input terminal open
circuit or short circuit;
(2) Accelerator potentiometer fail-
ure;
(3) Incorrect accelerator type selec-
ted
(1) Speed limit potentiometer open
circuit or short circuit;
(2) Speed limit potentiometer open
circuit
(1) Cell voltage <17 V;
(2) Poor battery or control unit con-
nection
(1) Cell voltage >31 V;
(2) Battery charger is still connec-
ted when the vehicle is running;
(3) Poor battery contact
(1) The main contactor coil was ac-
tivated in error
