built into the multimedia system.
● People with implantable car-
diac pacemakers, cardiac
resynchronization therapy-
pacemakers or implantable car-
dioverter defibrillators should
maintain a reasonable distance
between themselves and the

Bluetooth antennas. The radio
waves may affect the operation
of such devices.
● Before using Bluetooth
devices, users of any electrical
medical device other than
implantable cardiac pacemak-
ers, cardiac resynchronization
therapy-pacemakers or implant-
able cardioverter defibrillators
should consult the manufacturer
of the device for information
about its operation under the
influence of radio waves. Radio
waves could have unexpected
effects on the operation of such
medical devices.
When used simultane-
ously with Bluetooth
audio
 The following behaviors will
occur if a Bluetooth
ble device (cellular phone) is
used hands-free and simulta-
neously with Bluetooth
audio.

• The Bluetooth
cellular phone may be discon-
nected.
• There is possibility that back-
ground noise may exist during a

 Audio may skip if the commu-
nication device selected for
hands-free calling is changed
during Bluetooth

 The portable device connec-
tion may be disconnected

data. It will be reconnected
once transfer is complete.
(Reconnection may not be
possible for some models)
 It may not be possible to
make both a hands-free con-
nection and audio connection,
even for cellular phones that
support both hands-free con-
nections and audio connec-
tions.
